Educational background:University degree computer science, IT and related
Experience:At least 3 years’ experience in call center development, call center management or IT support
Report writing skill
Strong set of personal values including integrity, honesty and desire to be of service
Ease of using computers with mastery on application soft wares such as MS Work, MS Windows, and MS Excel, Peachtree.
Proficiency in English language (both in writing and speaking)
Computer literate – able to use email, basic word-processing and number-processing
Organized – it will be essential that you organize your schedule to minimize time/distance/costs
