Educational background:University degree computer science, IT and related

Experience:At least 3 years’ experience in call center development, call center management or IT support

Additional Requirement:

  • Report writing skill
  • Strong set of personal values including integrity, honesty and desire to be of service
  • Ease of using computers with mastery on application soft wares such as MS Work, MS Windows, and MS Excel, Peachtree.
  • Proficiency in English language (both in writing and speaking)
  • Computer literate – able to use email, basic word-processing and number-processing
  • Organized – it will be essential that you organize your schedule to minimize time/distance/costs
